Sorry - didn’t mean to stir anything up. I’m a R1 admit. But don’t put stock into one method of hearing back over the other. For example, one of the AdComm’s was on vacation during decision releases and didn’t call but many were still accepted on day of. Good luck to everyone

Hello! Not sure if this question belongs here. I've gotten into all the schools I've applied to - just waiting on Wharton SF. My top 2 choices would be Wharton or Booth (admitted). I have very little time to decide for Booth so I'm trying to be proactive. Is Wharton SF as good as Wharton Philly? How does Wharton SF stack up against Booth?

Again, not sure if this is the right place but thought I'd risk posting :)

lokpre If you are admitted, you should reach out to AdComm. They would be more than happy to put you into contact with someone who primarily attended the SF campus but also flew to Philly to take classes. Don't forget, in the 2nd year, you have the option to attend at the other campus if interested. Simply comes down to what your definition of "as good as" is. From everything I have experienced so far, it's the same coursework (sometimes with the same professor!). The location may be your determining factor from a post-MBA standpoint re networking, etc. Experiences, in my humble opinion, are all what you make of them. You'll find great ones on either campus.

yup we need to wait till 5pm it seems, "Admissions decisions are announced online; you can view the decision by logging into your online application account after 5:00 p.m. ET (Philadelphia applicants) and 5:00 p.m. PT (San Francisco applicants) on the decision release date."
