Option A
As per my understanding of the sentence, it says that the rains and sudden dip in temperature cause the increase in circulation of viruses which in turn result in the decrease in immunity of the body and increase in the cases of fever and cold.
the rains and sudden dip in temperature --> the increase in circulation of viruses --> decrease in immunity of the body and increase in the cases of fever and cold.
Also this sentence is perfectly parallel with increasing || decreasing separated by 'and' marker.

POE:
A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. Correct
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold.SV error : increases is wrong as the subject is plural.
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses.Parallelism error: decrease is not parallel to increases
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.Meaning error: here it says rains and temperature result in decrease in the immunity but as per the original sentence decrease in immunity is because of the increase in the circulation of viruses
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.SV error : causes is singular whereas the subject is plural

This question is to understand cause and effect , only option D implies that it's rain and dip in temperature that leads to increase in virus and immunity drop, while fever is result of decrease in immunity

With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.

A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. -----> the decrease in immunity of the body is not as a result of increase of viruses. INCORRECT
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold. ----> Subject verb agreement error. The rains and sudden dip (subject) is plural; However the verb associated with plural subject (increases) is singular. INCORRECT
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. ----> here the verb-ing modifier (, increasing the circulation....) is incorrectly modifying the previous clause. Increasing the circulation of viruses is not result of " increases the cases of fever...." INCORRECT
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. ---> CORRECT. The SV pair make sense. Also , + verb-ing modifier ",increasing the cases ....." correctly modifies the preceding action clauses.
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.----> SV pair error. "The rains and sudden dip..." is plural subject and hence the working verb must be cause and not "causes."

Think D is the answer.

"With the rains and sudden dip in temperature" seems to modify the circulation of viruses which does not seem right
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold.
" rains and sudden dip " is plural and so should have a plural verb increase
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses.
The rains and sudden dip in temperature would cause increase in the circulation of virus and this in turn decreases immunity of the body. So meaning of the sentnece is incorrect.
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.
Correct. All errors seem to be rectified here.
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.
" rains and sudden dip " is plural and so should have a plural verb cause

With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.
Analysis : Prepositional modifier+Main clause+Modifier (Verb-ing giving further information) - Looks good as is

A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. - Correct, Circulation of virus increases and the action of increase causes decrease in immunity and increase in fever and cold and cough (given through modifier) .
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold. Wrong parallelism, as if rain does everything
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. Wrong meaning, Increase of Virus causes "Effect", not other way (given by verb-ing modifier of circulation of viruses)
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.Wrong meaning, rains did not cause increase but circulation had "effect"
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.Same as option D

- the circulation of the viruses does not decrease immunity or increase cases of fever directly, the rains and dip in temp do
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold. - rains and dip in temp should be plural
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. - increases should be plural increase

With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.

A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold - correct as it is
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold - SV error, rains and sudden dip need plural verb
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses Although SV agreement is correct in this option, parallelism is not maintained "cause decrease AND increases"
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold - although grammatically correct, D alters meaning by saying that increase in the circulation and decrease in immunity increase cases of fever. While it is the circulation of viruses that does the increase. Besides, cause increase is wordy and awkward , better to say just increase
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses - SV error since 'rains and sudden dip" are plural, this we need plural verb, e.g. cause

This question perhaps tests our ability to understand the causality in proper context.

A. Sounds perfect. With the rains and sudden dip in temp, the circulation of virus [subject of the statement] increases, decreasing ... and increasing ... -> The two parallel verb+ing modifiers provide additional information as to what the circulation of the virus does. Also the list fever and cough and cold is proper because the list is list 1 -> fever and (cough and cold) . Cough & cold is list 2.

B. This option though grammatically correct, confuses the list as it shows that the rains have caused three things, a nonsensical disclosure. The meaning is not making sense so elimminate it.

C. Same as B, the rains and sudden dip in temp are doing two things through which circulation of virus increases-> It's actually opposite. It should be due to virus those things occur not other way round

D. Same as C, the rains can cause the increase in virus but can they cause decrease in immunity of body? it's weird if they did
E. The verb-ing modifier is similar to C, so directly eliminate.

Answer is Choice A

With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.

A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. No Error
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold.Meaning changed, As per this choice "rains & sudden dip in temp" does 3 things- increase in virus circulation, decrease in immunity & increase in fever. This is wrong as per the actual meaning of the sentence
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. As per this choice "increase in circulation is the result of "increase cases of fever" which should be reverse
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold."deccrease in the immunity is the result of "virus increase" , rain&temp can not decrease immunity
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.Same as choice C

--> "decreasing immunity of the body" can't be result of "the circulation of viruses increases" --> doesn't make sense
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold. --> "The rains and sudden dip" can't do the "increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity & increases the cases", they are causally related
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. " increasing the cases of fever" is a result of "increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body" >> " increase the cases of fever" and "decrease in the immunity of the body" aren't parallel
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. --> correct: " increasing the cases of fever" is a result of "increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body"
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses. --> "The rains and sudden dip in temp" is plural

IMO B.
Used parallelism to get the answer.

Original Sentence: With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.

The bold parts are showing parallelism but the highlighted red part seems out of place in the sentence.

A. With the rains and sudden dip in temperature, the circulation of viruses increases, decreasing immunity of the body and increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. -> Same as original. Ignore.
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold. -> increases, decreases and increases. Parallelism is followed.
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses. -> Different meaning. Decrease in immunity does not cause an increase in circulation of viruses. Ignore.
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold. -> Increase, decrease and increasing. Parallelism not followed. Ignore.
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses. Same as option C. Different meaning. Decrease in immunity does not cause an increase in circulation of viruses. Ignore.

My answer is (D). We use present participle to indicate the end results of the actions previously listed. But what are the actions and what their results?

The sentence mentions the following phenomena:
(1) The rains and sudden dip in temperature
(2) Increase in the circulation of viruses
(3) Decrease in the immunity of the body
(4) Increase in the cases of fever and cough and cold.

BTW, I do not like the construct of "fever and cough and cold" as it uses too many and's. But there is no split for it.

So, I believe the most logic sequence is that
(1) --> (2) and (3) --> (4)
BUT, why can't
(1) --> (2) --> (3) and or --> (4)?
We are no expert in medical field. We do not know if (3) is direct result of (1), or (2). For some people (well, I assume we are talking about the fever and cough and cold of human beings), (1) might cause increase in the immunity briefly, with or without (2).

So, this questions gets me thinking...

But (D) makes most sense, I finally decided.

No subject verb disagreement, prep phrase, independent clause, modifier -looks ok
B. The rains and sudden dip in temperature increases the circulation of viruses, decreases immunity of the body, and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold.
Subject verb disagreement - subjects are "rains" & "sudden dip" Hence use of increases is incorrect
C. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause decrease in immunity of the body and increases the cases of fever and cough and cold, increasing the circulation of viruses.
User of both "cause"&"decrease"is redundant
D. The rains and sudden dip in temperature cause increase in the circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing the cases of fever and cough and cold.
Same as C
E. The rains and sudden dip in temperature causes increase in the cases of fever and cold and cough and decrease in the immunity of the body, increasing circulation of viruses.

Correct answer is D.
Answer choice D correctly combines the two effects (increase in circulation of viruses and decrease in the immunity of the body) of the cause (the rains and sudden dip in temperature) in a parallel structure.
Also uses the correct S-V pair, increase and decrease, for the compound subject Rains and sudden dip in temperature.
