Got into 6/7 colleges including 4 M7s

This mba mission hourly service was incredibly effective. My consultant (Heidi Granner) was tough on me at first and really pushed me to reflect deeply on my experiences. That pressure led to honest, authentic writing. We went through several iterations and brainstorming sessions, each one helping me get closer to the real story I wanted to tell. In the end, the hard work paid off with essays I felt truly proud of, and I received admits to 4 M7 schools, including some with scholarships.
If taking the hourly service, I highly recommend doing the brainstorming session before writing the essays - which would allow you to put your best self forward in the essays.

Achieved an incredible outcome with Heidi's guidance and support!

When I first started the MBA application process, I was told by other consultant firms that I was late to the game (it was late spring and I wanted to apply Round 1). However, I immediately clicked with Heidi who was super supportive and gave me a clear plan/roadmap for how to apply to 3 schools and take the GMAT by Round 1 deadlines. I really appreciated her organization/planning, which helped me stay on track while working a demanding investment banking job. I was nervous that coming from a typical investment banking background would make it hard for me to stand out in the applicant field. However, Heidi really got to know me & my personal story and truly helped to make me feel comfortable in sharing key pieces of my journey and shape that into concise, impactful essays. It is SO abundantly clear that Heidi truly cares about her clients, and I felt so supported and empowered throughout the process. I applied to CBS, Kellogg and Wharton. Heidi helped to brainstorm ideas for essays with me and proofread them, while keeping my authentic voice within them. I also really valued the interview prep, especially doing a mock Wharton team-based discussion through mbaMission to feel more comfortable with the format. I ended up getting into all 3 schools, with scholarships from both CBS and Kellogg. I am so extremely happy with the outcome - I truly cannot thank Heidi enough! I am so excited to start at Wharton in August :) I would recommend Heidi 100%!!! So amazing, thoughtful and caring. Truly the best experience and outcome! Thank you, Heidi!

Admitted to an Ivy League MBA—Thanks to Heidi

Before choosing a consultant, I carefully read through the bio of every single one. Among the list, Heidi Granner’s bio lit up green—ok, red on the actual website, but metaphorically speaking: green flags all the way!—against a backdrop of darker shades. How and why?

It’s easy to explain in hindsight, but at the time, you could only intuit it. Now that I’m on the other side, let me break down exactly what your gut might already be trying to tell you:

1. She knows exactly what top business schools want to hear—and just as important, what they don’t. The more thoughtful detail you provide her with in the brainstorming document, the more precise and compelling your story will become.

2. She adapts effortlessly—both professionally and personally—to your communication style and needs.

3. Her questions are sharp and insightful, pulling out the kind of depth that makes your application stand out.

If I could go back in time, I know my intuition would flash green the moment my cursor hovered over Heidi’s profile—every. single. time.

HBS/GSB Non-Traditional Admit - Heidi Is Invaluable

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

As someone with a nontraditional background, I felt like I had weaknesses I couldn't overcome at the start of this process, but Heidi really helped give me confidence, and bring out my story. I had several elements about my application that I was insecure about- working at a small business, a several-month employment gap after burnout, and holding three jobs in four years. Heidi helped me come up with honest and thoughtful ways to weave together my past experiences and how they have informed my future goals. She supported me all the way from essay brainstorming to mock interviewing, and I always felt like I had someone in my back corner (even with GMAT studying was super stressful)!

I absolutely recommend Heidi to anyone looking to strengthen their application with someone who is incredibly understanding, thoughtful, and sharp. I truly don't think I could've gotten where I did without Heidi, and I was absolutely thrilled to get into HBS, GSB, and Wharton.

Heidi is incredible!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Heidi helped bring such clarity to a complex process. She was kind, responsive, and direct in her feedback - the combination of which was critical to building my confidence during the process and leading to a very successful outcome!

Of note, Heidi did a wonderful job at helping me build my own storytelling capability - explaining the why behind potential suggestions and edits - which was so important in how I conveyed my story to AdComs.

Last but definitely not least - she sincerely cares (and demonstrates it consistently) about her clients. I always knew Heidi was looking out for me and to have that kind of support was invaluable in what can be an overwhelming and stressful process. Thank you, Heidi!

Amazing consultant: Heidi Granner

Heidi was an amazing consultant!
She made a true effort to understand me and who I was and where I would be a best fit for my MBA. She helped me narrow down my schools to 6 schools that we felt I would be the best fit for. After that we worked together to really bring the best out in me in terms of everything and she really helped me stay on top of things! I ended up receiving acceptances to 4 out of 6 of my schools and was waitlisted on one other one! I got into my top choice Umich Ross and I will be attending there this fall! I can't recommend Heidi and mbaMission enough!!

Absolutely amazing support

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

I had the privilege of working with Heidi throughout my MBA application journey and I could not be more grateful. I initially signed up for a 3-school package, but eventually decided to apply to 3 more schools in round 2. Through the process, Heidi has been nothing short of amazing as she helped me with narrowing down schools that would best fit my goals, highlighting key points in my personal story, and providing thoughtful feedback on any questions or concerns I had.

Even after I had applied to the 3 target schools in my package, she continued providing additional support and essay tips for my schools in round 2. I can confidently say she does not hesitate to go above and beyond for her clients.

Although I was initially hesitant, looking back now I can say that investing in the service has been one of the best decisions I've made and I have no idea how I would have tackled this process without her guidance. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Heidi as she has been fantastic and will definitely help you achieve your goals!

Insightful With Great Value Added

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

Heidi was wonderful throughout the entire process. As a reapplicant, I could easily see how she was helping the clarity of my application through her artful guidance and deft editing.

On the front end, she helped me to identify those personal narratives which were best suited towards my target programs. Then on the back end, she also helped me to excise those parts of my application which detracted from my school specific personal narrative.

I will absolutely recommend her to any person who is applying to business school in my personal or professional life. She was a true pleasure to work with.

M7 Acceptances - Thank you Heidi!!

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by score report [?]

Heidi Granner was instrumental in shaping my story for my applications, bringing in experiences going back to my childhood to really build out my profile. She was always responsive to various questions and concerns throughout the process and was a great sounding board. Once I received interview invites, she was also a great resource to do several mock interviews with, going through many aspects from how to dress, how to present myself, to how to answer tough questions. While hiring a consultant was definitely a significant investment, working with Heidi really paid off in the end with multiple acceptances including M7 schools and significant scholarships. Would highly recommend!

Amazing support from Heidi Granner

REVIEWER IDENTITY VERIFIED by school email address [?]

I had the pleasure of working with Heidi Granner during my MBA application process, and I can confidently say it was an enjoyable experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless thanks to Heidi's exceptional organization skills. Her ability to break down tasks and help me set achievable goals alleviated much of the stress associated with applying to MBA programs.

Heidi's support throughout the process was invaluable. Despite the inherent stress of applying to top-tier schools, I felt reassured knowing that she was always available to offer guidance and assistance. Her thoughtful approach and willingness to go above and beyond ensured that I never felt overwhelmed or alone.

In terms of helpfulness, Heidi exceeded my expectations. While I initially had a clear idea of what I wanted to convey in my essays, Heidi encouraged me to delve deeper into my life experiences and goals. Through our collaboration, I found myself revisiting and refining my narrative in ways I hadn't anticipated. In the end, my essay practically wrote itself, and I owe much of that success to Heidi's expertise and support.

And the ultimate outcome speaks volumes: I was accepted into Stanford! Heidi's guidance undoubtedly played a significant role in this achievement, and I couldn't be more grateful. Without hesitation, I would wholeheartedly recommend Heidi to anyone embarking on their MBA journey. Her combination of kindness, intelligence, and insight creates a supportive environment where applicants can thrive and succeed.
