The way the course is structured is brilliant, its pretty lengthy but for good reason. The quality of questions is excellent, and the hard questions really make you think on the spot, and that gives you the ability to be able to tackle almost any question during the actual exam. GMAT exams have a tendency to throw anything at you, which when students give mocks will realize, and TTP trains you for this eventuality.

The video solutions are good, but I never watched them, because the text solutions are crystal clear with logic. The chat button is available if you want any clarification, and the team is mostly good at getting back to you in time.

I wish the verbal and DI sections had more questions like quant (which is an absolute mammoth to get through). I trusted the course in the sense that I knew if I solved every question properly I'd be in a very good place to get an excellent score.

I didn't follow their timetable feature - I was working alongside prepping and sometimes I was just too drained after work, so I went through the course at my own pace and made effort to grind on the weekends.

Overall, I think this course + OG questions + mocks is all you really need, and you should have everything in place to get an outstanding score.

I started my GMAT focus journey back in December 2023, taking my first ever official practice test with no prior preparation. I scored a 635 with a glaring weakness - quant. As a senior in my undergraduate studies planning to apply to deferred MBA programs, I only had a few months to practice and take the actual exam. After mulling over my options, I decided that TTP was overwhelmingly recommended as the best resource for improving your GMAT score (I believe this to be the case as well). I spent about 2 months on studying from early January to early March, completing the course in just under 200 hours. I was already very confident in my verbal abilities so I opted to skip most of TTP's verbal section (However, I did do a few sections and it was also very comprehensive and similar to the actual GMAT focus). I took the actual GMAT focus exam a few days ago and fortunately received a score of 755. TTP is the only resource I used and I'm beyond happy with how effective it was. I genuinely believe that TTP is the only resource that you need outside of the official GMAT focus questions and practice tests. In my case, I didn't even practice with official questions as I felt that the TTP questions were sufficient.

Initially I thought about preparing for the GMAT on my own. However, I found it difficult to design a plan given the many resources available. I opted for e-Gmat's course so I would have something structured and comprehensive.

At first, you create your own Personalized Study Plan, which is interesting because it gives an idea of how much time to spend on each section. However, if you decide to complete every lesson and every quiz available, like I did, the PSP will significantly underestimate the time needed. It took me about three months to go through the whole course, though for the first month I dedicated only 2-3 hours/day (later 6+ hours/day).

I didn't try any other course, but I would recommend e-GMAT. To be honest, I chose the service because it had good reviews, but mostly because of its attractive pricing. I'm happy with the value I got for the money invested.

The program is comprehensive and the lessons are short and to the point. Lessons are usually followed by quizzes, which are very helpful because, at the end of the day, GMAT's content is fairly easy, what you need is a lot of practice solving questions.

The team is also very responsive. Communication is done through email, but I'd usually get a response within a few hours.

On the negative side, at times I was annoyed by questions that had the wrong answer marked. I remember a couple of instances, with questions regarding Correlation, that some students had previously expressed concerns on the forum, and the tutors reiterated that the answers was correct (it wasn't). I suggested they ran the correlation on Excel, which clearly showed that the answer was wrong.

The problem with that is that after you spot a few errors, you start questioning every explanation that you don't immediately agree with. I ended up wasting a lot of time checking questions I got wrong and trying to figure out is the explanation made sense.

Additionally, I was disappointed with the mock exams offered. In every exam I scored way below my target score. When I switched to the official mocks, I scored way above my target in every occasion. This is mostly the reason why I'm giving the service 4 stars. Getting such low scores deeply affected my self-confidence and I even thought about giving up. As it turns out, e-GMAT's mocks had mostly questions that took way longer than two minutes to solve. For example, in one of the mocks I scored 615, while on the official mocks I was scoring 685-725 (my actual score was 685 unfortunately).

In summary, I believe the service is good and would recommend it. Just keep in mind that the official mocks are a much better reflection of your potential score.

My TTP experience was nothing but positive. I went into TTP after having scored a 565 on an official gmat focus practice test and 2 months of (oftentimes rather frustrating and unstructured) study time.
I used a different prep course for about a month but quickly realised that it wasn't going to get me to my target score of 635+. Looking back I can comfortably say that TTP gives you all the necessary frameworks you need in order to excel at quant, verbal and data insights.
Even just going through the TTP chapter tests proved more helpful than going through the OG questions. This is especially true for all the hard questions TTP offers, which I found much more difficult than on the actual exam / OG questions. (take quant for example. I would rarely hit the accuracy target for the hard chapter tests but could towards the end of my study get 15 hard OG questions in a row right)
TTP was also extremely helpful for Reading Comprehension and Multi-Source-Reasoning. The chapter tests allow you to approach the questions in the same fashion you would in the exam because you would get one topic and then multiple questions to that same topic. In the OG question bank this isn't the case which when practicing can mess with your timing.
I ended up scoring above the 90th percentile and can confidently say that without TTP this would have not been possible.

Overall, TTP is a great starting point. I used it for about 200 hours over a 1 month period (completed everything except the easy chapter tests). This is the first, and very likely last time, taking the GMAT.

My first two practice mocks (no studying besides the free starter kit) were 605 and 655. TTP quantitative concepts covered 95%+ of the quantitative concepts I saw on OG/the actual exam. The verbal, although there were some parts that I disagreed with, did have some very valuable strategies for tackling questions and in combination with OG was enough to get a decent verbal score. The best verbal strategy overall they had, I would say is learning how to eliminate incorrect answers.

Note that I am not a native english speaker by definition, but I've studied/worked long enough in English that I would consider there to be a small difference at most with a native speaker. I also have an undergrad in math.

Context:
As a final-year engineering student, my GMAT journey was marked by a firmer grasp of the Quant and DI sections. The official mock I attempted confirmed this, revealing a weaker Verbal section score that needed attention.
I started seeking help; a few of the options I considered were [1] offline coaching, [2] self-study from official guides & [3] online courses.

Decision factors:
Since I had to balance my preparation along with my internship and studies, I decided to go for a self paced online course.
There are a few prominent online courses; I chose e-GMAT as it was recommended to me by a senior who scored a 740 on his GMAT (he still says that if I am unable to achieve after completing the course, the issue is with me and not the course)
Their free C.R. session solidified my decision to purchase the e-GMAT course. In this 2-hour section, we tackled a few assumption questions. I immediately noticed a change in my approach, leading to improved accuracy. This experience convinced me of the course's potential to enhance my Verbal section performance.
Additionally, they were decently priced and provided a flexible extension policy.

Verbal:
e-GMAT follows a pre-thinking approach for all CR questions and employs reading strategies for RC questions, which break something as elementary as reading a paragraph into steps, ensuring maximum absorption and processing, which helps achieve better accuracy while answering.

Quant:
They have this unique P.A.C.E. learning model, which adds and removes learning modules based on your existing foothold in the topic; this came in handy to me, given that I wanted to spend less time in this section learning concepts I was already familiar with.
It helped save my time here and improved the overall learning experience.

DI:
In the early days of GFE, the DI section of a course is what makes or breaks it. e-GMAT has done well in covering every aspect in detail, using innovative animations and infographics. It made learning exciting and smooth, as DI questions might sometimes get daunting.

Overall:
e-GMAT follows a unique question-first learning & application approach in each section, wherein you attempt a question, and then they teach you the right approach to solve it stepwise.

Took me a bit to drop this review since I only got my scores last week, but going with Target Test Prep (TTP) was hands down the smartest move for my prep. I opted for the Flexi Plan, extending it to about 6 weeks through a referral. Having prepared for competitive exams previously, I was immediately impressed by TTP’s streamlined approach. As someone who values thorough planning, their study plan significantly eased my preparation process.
I supplemented my TTP preparation with OG Practice Tests and Quant questions--highly recommend, just to get more diversity w.r.t. problem sets. TTP really knows its stuff when it comes to Verbal and Quant prep—their attention to detail on the finer points of student errors was eye-opening. It made me much more conscious and less likely to fall into those traps. Even my best friend’s on board now and loving the course. Highly recommend!
