It's been a decade since I've been in school, so to say that I was unfamiliar with the concepts tested on the quant section is an understatement. TTP helped me to get back to the basics and build my quant skills from basically non-existent to a solid understanding. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve their quant score. The creator of TTP, Scott, was also incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process. It's apparent that he cares about each of his students and he took his time to explain to me the importance of taking a strategic approach with studying for the GMAT, and of course exactly what that strategy is. He also offers one-on-one tutoring for those who are looking for more hands on support.
I started my GMAT Prep with Magoosh Premium Course. I was surprised by the clarity of concepts presented in the video's. I used Magoosh for both Quants and Verbal. I would say Magoosh's Quants videos can be considered among one of the best in the market, but verbal needs some work. One of the best advantage is the number of questions and the detailed video explanations for the questions. They have around 500 Questions in their database and they are really good.
The advantages i found with Magoosh are listed below:
Very good Quant
Excellent Questions
Customizable Study Plans
Amazing Customer Support [One of the best i have seen in market]
Reasonable Pricing
Overall i would recommend Magoosh to any one who are at the start of their preparation.
So , I took this course somewhere in January 2018 after getting strong recommendation from fellow gmat club members and enrolled GMAT students.
For indian students, Definitely egmat course is bit easy to understand and comprehend as compared to other courses. The material is well devised along with improved UI for scholnarium and blitzkreig. Over the time they evolved well with improved support from their team on query resolution. Stats are good and question bank is of good quality
Now downside to this is that compared to others , egmat is a bit overpriced ,considering that it is valid for a period of only 6 months. So only and only if you have taken ur gmat date in advance, it makes sense to enroll here . However they do extend for a month for no charge at all if you have official mail of your gmat scheduled date.
It is a good course but again ,enroll if 6 months mean that you will be completing investing in this as every month counts.
I was looking out for help for Gmat verbal just a month before the Gmat exam as after giving some mock tests I got to know that I am not scoring good in Gmat mock tests because of low verbal score. I attended 1 seminar of e-gmat for verbal and thereafter subscribed for verbal online course. I completed the course in 3 weeks and scored a 80% in verbal in my final Gmat exam. Earlier my verbal score was around V25 and it jumped to V36 in just a month's time. I would like to thank e-gmat for the much needed last moment help. The Verbal Online course is structured beautifully and caters exactly to what is asked in Gmat exam. I didn't get much time for revision or completing verbal scholaranium but I am happy that I made the most of it in the given short span of 1 month. Thanks a ton e-gmat!!
I come from a non-quant background and struggled on my first GMAT. I came out of that test with a measly 39 on my quant section for a total score of 680. The next time around I decided to focus all of my study on the quant section, so I found the best quant course - Target Test Prep. I had forgotten many of the basics since being out of school, but this course does an amazing job of teaching and testing the fundamentals. After working through the whole course I was able to raise my quant score to a 47 and my overall score to a 730. Thank you Target Test Prep!
I was skeptical about Egmat initially Being a non native verbal had been my biggest issue since the day I started preparing for the GMAT. I started my prep for GMAT in 2015 and since then have given the twice and scored 520 and 500 respectively. After the last exam I was exhausted and frustrated wondering what should I do now when all the material OG2017,Aristotle and Manhattan guides have not been enough.
I came across the Egmat reviews and took a final chance investing time and money to buy the Egmat Verbal online course. It was the best decision I took.
My concepts are much more clear and my scores have improved drastically. My entire approach for a SC or RC or CR question has changed phenomenally.
I would recommend this course to all students who are currently struggling with the Verbal Section in the GMAT.
Trust me the Egmat course works wonders with your Verbal Score.

I took the advanced online course with hopes of improving my quantitative score.
The course had a nice blend of topic areas and my instructor, Daniel, made an effort to understand each individual's goals and help us move toward them. There were only five people in the course so I definitely felt as though I received enough individual attention.
The materials were great; their explanations for official problems were much clearer than those provided by the GMAT. I will say that I found their practice tests (CATs) to be much harder than the real GMAT, but regardless found the CATs useful for practicing and error logging.
My quant score improved significantly - from 42 to 49 - and I would recommend MP to anyone who asks.

I started my GMAT preparation in late November 2017. I started with official Guides. While solving the OGs I understood that I was terrible in SC and CR. So, I purchased Manhattan SC, CR, RC and IR books (2 Hard copy and 2 Kindle edition). I went through the Manhattan SC and CR books thoroughly and even made notes. I had a fair idea of the rules, but was faltering in applying them.
By June, ISB and IIMs had informed their application deadlines. So, I picked up the pace of preparation. By this time I was actively interacting in GMATClub forum and came to know about e-GMAT. I made a free account and attended almost all webinars. On my request they even provided me with the previous webinar recordings.
My first attempt in GMAT was in July end and did terribly bad. I only got 640 (Q47, V32). I took quant first and mismanaged time, so much that I had to select random answers for the last 5 questions just to complete the test. I was quite disheartened and that affected the verbal part too. I needed to improve my GMAT score to even have any chance of interview call from the B Schools.
I understood that as I scored Q47 with 5 guessed answer, I could have done much better there had I not mismanaged time. But there was no justification for scoring V32. That clearly indicated conceptual gaps. I was already familiar with the learning methods of e-GMAT so I subscribed to their verbal online course. The best part that came with the subscription was access to 25 Quant and 9 Verbal CATs of GMATClub.
I had only 5 weeks in my hand for the next GMAT test. I am an avid reader and my retention is reasonable. So, I emphasised on SC and CR part more than the RC section of e-GMAT Verbal online. I completed the video lessons and quizzes of SC and CR section. I could not complete the RC part totally. But I attempted all the CATs of GMATClub.
I also read all the articles on quant which were published by e-GMAT in GMATClub. I attempted most of the questions. I went through the details of the solutions of the questions I attempted, irrespective of whether I answered them right or wrong. After certain time, I found that my quant score was coming consistently in the range of 49-50 and my verbal score also improved.
While going through the verbal online course, initially I solved questions step by step as directed in the video lessons. But gradually, I had built some kind of intuition. I could check 2-3 aspects at once and it increased my speed in SC. The pre-thinking approach to CR also helped me a lot. Previously I was checking the answer choices again and again and still fumbling, but with pre-thinking, I could narrow down the choices and hence save on time considerably.
In the second attempt when the exam finished the score of Q49, V38 flashed in my screen. I was happy to score 710 from 640 in 5 weeks. I think had I subscribed to e-GMAT verbal online few more weeks back, I might have scored above V40.
I would highly praise e-GMAT team for the care, the step by step guidance and the follow up about their student’s progress. Even though I am done with GMAT test for the time being, I would finish the full course once I am free of the application processes. It is going to be very beneficial for future.
I used limited modules to strengthen the topics that needed attention. Concept building, explanations and examples and very good, clear and convincing. My experience with Numbers, Statistics, Probability and Geometry was good. I liked the way concepts are explained, examples provided and then the module is supplemented by multiple exercises to drill the concept.
Exercises help to strengthen the concepts and clear and missing links or confusions. Do ensure that you complete all the exercises else the learning will go in vain!
Scholaranium section will further provide the practice required for test experiences.
It's a dependable product for acing the quant section.
Sentence correction module is good as it covers the topics throughout, gives detailed and convincing explanations and helps in building the concepts. As you progress through the preparation, you will feel the need to come back to the SC lessons and that exercise will strengthen your concepts.
Critical reasoning section is average. I personally felt that many questions used for concept building are created by the team and do not adhere to the GMAT level. The explanations given by the team on discussions are not always helpful and rigid to explain their point rather than answer the question asked. It is fine for understanding the concept. For verifying your CR skills, assess your performance on OG quizzes rather than the application quizzes.
Reading Comprehension module is fine. Nothing special there.
The strength of e-Gmat is in Sentence Correction module. Remaining modules are average.
