It's honestly just too hard to say without knowing anything about you other than the fact that you're a civil engineer. If you can get into a top 5 business school then your post-MBA goals are definitely realistic. The question is really can you get into a top 5 b-school.
But like I said, without knowing more about you it's not possible to make any predictions there either. Generally speaking you need to hit & ideally exceed the average GMAT & GPA (from a top school) at your target schools. If by any chance you are in Indian male you'll need to aim for a GMAT that's ~30 points above the average -- that's the most overrepresented demographic when it comes to b-school apps & it's also one that tends to have very high GMAT scores. You'll also need strong work experience where you've ideally driven quantifiable results & demonstrated leadership. That will help show them what you can uniquely contribute & why they should admit you over all the other engineers who will be applying & who have consulting as a goal. Finally, you'll need a strong argument as to WHY these are your post MBA goals & what exactly you hope to accomplish there. Keep in mind that consulting is a very common post-MBA goal, so it's not one that's going to differentiate you in any way & you'll face lots of competition. Among Indian male engineers the #1 most common goal is product manager in a tech firm & #2 is consulting. But even outside of that demographic consulting is very common & the adcom will be comparing you against all the other applicants who also say they want to go into consulting.
