Hi,
I have my original GMAT appointment date as June 9th, 2018. But yesterday morning, I rescheduled it to July 7th, 2018. The rescheduling fee of 60$ got deducted from my account but due to a major technical glitch on your site, I wasn't redirected to the confirmation page.
It still shows my appointment date as June 9th though I've already paid for the rescheduling. I just have this one day (i.e today) left to reschedule else I'll have to shell out 250$ which I definitely can't afford! Kindly help at the earliest!
I can mail the payment transaction screenshots.

Have you tried calling their customer service?
