Very Easy Question:
{(12)(27)-(27)(5)} / (12-5) =

Just need to take out common part from above equation: i.e. 27
{27(12-5)} / (12-5)= 27

Please give kudos, if you find my explanation good enough

Simplifying, we have:

[27(12 - 5)]/7

(27 x 7)/7 = 27
