Keep trying, maaverick!!! :-D

I'm stumped!!!

Let me edit this post to say that (D) is the only one which comes any closer but I'll need to be convinced why it isn't (E)

I would kick (E) out of my sign first time looking at it for "Under ..., there may be"

For (D)... what can I say??? keep trying again, maaverick!!

I will go with ‘B’

Could you explain your reasoning, rthothad?

Thanks in anticipation.

I feel (C) is the best if it uses "where" or "in which", instead of which. Now it is out, since a publication cannot circulate a state.

(A) reads like the publication circulates under the ruling.
(B) sounds the same.
(D) there is regular circulation of what?
(E) passive.

Choose from all five bad choices, I'd pick (E) myself. Given that (E) is not right, which one to pick? Maybe (B) I guess, if you didn't make a typo in the question. :)

OA is (B)
And I don't get it, still mad   :(

There should be no typo from me. If there is a typo, it got to be from GMATPlus.

Anyone has good explaination?

Yeay my guess is right!

Since (B) is right, that means no typo from you. Hehe.

We'll perhaps have to wait for Paul now. ;)

Well, C is definitely out, because of the "which". D and E are definitely out for the same reason. Circulation of what? Suit of what? They do not convey the meaning.

Choose bt A and B, they have same drawback. However A is worse. It reads definitely the publication is circulating under a ruling. Somehow B feels better.

Hello, the OA of this question is C.

Because I'v met somewhere.

And there is a typo in choice C.

(C) Under a unanimous ruling by the Supreme Court, a publication may be sued for libel in any state in which it regularly circulates.

(B). there other choices distort the meaning of the sentence. A is wrong because it uses 'where' to describe State.
C, D and E are wrong because they clearly distort the sentence
