A. Not only x but also y idiom is used, but x and y are not parallel. There is a verb tense error. The entire sentence is in present tense, so will be repeated is incorrected.
B. Thsi sentence seems to say that princetom university is suggesting. That is not the intended meaning. X and y are not parallel.
C. Sv error, agrees should be used. The sentence is a fragment, no verb for the opening subject. Moreover it repeats the verb tense error of choice A.
D. Correct
E. Behaviors and decisions do not agree with verb is. Repeats the verb tense error.
D is correct
