Hi everyone!
I am applying to PhD programs around the country, but I am SO NERVOUS I will not get in. I take my GMAT tomorrow; however, if my practice scores are any indicator this test will not go well...
I graduated with a 4.0 in my masters program, I have attended several conferences, I am being published in a GREAT marketing journal, and I have been a grad assistant at my university for the past couple of years. I have taught my own classes for a year, and the school I obtained my master degree at hired me as an adjunct professor for three marketing courses. If I get a low score tomorrow, what do you think my chances will be at getting into a PhD program at a AASCB accredited university?
Any last minute study tips? I think I have tried everything, but I will gladly take more advice.

1. My understanding is that PhD often requires a pretty high score since the competition is stiff but that depends on the program and focus. I have heard that one needs more than 700 usually. Anyone else has diff info?

Just take it one question at a time and don't bomb your timing. Don't overspend the time.

"AASCB accredited university" is quite a broad concept. Of course the answer for a top 10 program can be different from a top 50 or top 100.
But usually the minimum GMAT score I expect to see from those applying to Marketing PhD programs in the US is 650 (really bare minimum). Usually the expectation would be over 700 if you are targeting something around top 50.
I don't have any last minute study tips. But if you have really tried everything you should do well enough to have a chance. With your background and with good preparation, I don't see any reason to get a really low score.
