Do schools consider high experience candidates as non preferred ones?
And considering if my main reason is to shift to executive roles in same industry.. Is that a valid reason? To do mba so late

when considering scholarship offers... it typically boils down to how do you boost the profile of the program - higher GMAT/GRE/EA score than the typical admit? Prestigious school? Background diversity - what industry you come from. And if you bring any heavy hitting company names as your employer.
