Ok, so thats a reason - is there a reason you need to do this now versus next year? is there anything new you have seen and want to be a part of? or an experience that led you to this - did you do something really well that highlighted why you would be good at it?
One of the reasons is I want to work for one of the FANG companies . Second, I want to be a part of a bigger decisions in the company. Third, it is really hard to move up the ladder in big firms unless you have an MBA. And last but not the least I some day want to have my own startup ( I’m not sure what it would be , but I know it will be a tech startup) and being a PM will help me gain a lot of skills.

Do schools consider high experience candidates as non preferred ones?
Depends on the program. They question that comes about is by this point in your career, have you already learned the core curriculum of an MBA? Why haven’t you had career movement? And most importantly, do they have employers that will be interested in hiring you. For typical full-time MBA programs, recruitment is focused on mid-career, high paced, 80hr work weeks. By time someone has 10+ years of work experience, they typically are not willing to committee to that lifestyle or want a higher role.

And considering if my main reason is to shift to executive roles in same industry.. Is that a valid reason? To do mba so late
It is a reason to do an Executive MBA. This is what most adcoms are going to recommend. Please email me your resume and we can speak offline - [email protected]

So how do we get the information related to employers hiring mid-senior roles in business schools, its not mentioned on website certainly.

"How would it be for an introvert to be part of MBA? What if they don’t have any possibility to be part of a group due to introversion?" I know this is an out-of-the-topic question, but curious if you could provide some insights.
The hope would be that you can be an extroverted introvert when the time calls for it. The workplace is filled with all types of personalities. What they are looking for is your ability to be a manager and a leader - you can be a quiet/silent leader at times, but when it comes to completing a project you need to be able to direct your team.
You need to have potential and be coachable.

They typically share the roles that they are hired in at... if it is not mentioned, they dont have recruitment for it typically.
