My Ans - A

The subject is "suburb" and "three-block long" is the modifier modifying suburb. Only A has this setup.

The subject also has to be singular due to the singular verb "has" in the non-underlined part of the sentence. All other options utilise "and" in the main subject, making the main subject plural.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store, (Correct. The subject is The three-block long suburb which is singular and has is used to refer to this subject.)
B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store, (has don't have any subject in the context of this sentence )
C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store, (an much-loved is incorrect. Three-block what?? The three-block long suburb is better usage.)
D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store (an much-loved is incorrect. Long suburb and the three-block is plural hence has cannot refer to this subject.)
E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store, (an much-loved is incorrect. Same as B.)

The verb "has" just after the comma tells that a singular subject is needed. And " with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store" is a modifier describing "the three-block long suburb". So we need an option that satisfies these conditions.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
This option is exactly what we are looking for. Lets keep this.
B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
The "and" makes The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework..." a plural subject so we need a plural verb. Since we have a singular verb. We can eliminate this option.
C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
Changes the meaning of the sentence and it is not the intended meaning we need. Misplaced dangler. It lacks the points we are looking for. Eliminate this option.
D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store.
The use of "and" makes "Long suburb and the three-block," a plural subject and since we need a singular subject we can eliminate this option.
E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
The use of "and" makes "Long suburb and the three-block," a plural subject and since we need a singular subject we can eliminate this option.

The correct answer is option A.

A)Option A provides a grammatically correct and coherent sentence. It introduces the three-block long suburb, describing it as having trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store. The use of commas is appropriate to set off the descriptive phrases without disrupting the sentence's flow.
Correct Choice

B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
Option B lacks proper punctuation to separate the different elements in the sentence. It creates a run-on sentence by connecting "The three-block long suburb" with "trendy indoor framework" and "a much-loved Indian handicraft store" without appropriate breaks or connectors.

C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
Option C has a word order issue. The phrase "Long suburb with the three-block" is not clear and grammatically awkward. The proper placement of adjectives is missing, and it's unclear what "the three-block" refers to.

D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store
Option D also has word order issues. "Long suburb and the three-block" does not form a coherent phrase. The use of the article "the" before "three-block" is not appropriate.

E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
Option E has a similar issue with word order. "Long suburb and the three-block" does not make sense as a combined phrase. The use of "with" before "trendy indoor framework" and "an much-loved Indian handicraft store" is incorrect, as it doesn't properly connect these elements to the rest of the sentence.

Hi samagra21

Your post did not explain all the answer choices hence kudos was not awarded. This pattern was also observed in other explanations posted however they still had content well enough to be considered.

Would recommend that you explain why an incorrect answer choice is incorrect alongside the correct option.

Wish you the very best !

I doubt the use of "with" immediately after the comma in Option A.
Although in given the question it is the best choice, still is it the correct usage of grammar in general?

Can you share your views on this?Bunuel

Thanks in Advance
