My Answer: A

Option A: Seems correct. Can't see any problems.
Option B: three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework leads to incorrect meaning that the framework which is separate from suburb is drawing visitors.
Option C: suburb with the three block is illogical.
Option D: suburb and the three block is also illogical.
Option E: Same as D.

For this reason, we can eliminate options B, D, and E
Option C uses "long suburb with the three-block" that conveys the wrong meaning, the author wants to talk about a three-block long suburb
-> A is correct, clear meaning and no error

This seems to be grammatically correct and conveys that the suburb is three block long. I think there are no errors.
(let's keep this option for now)

B. "The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,"

This option incorrectly suggests that the "suburb," "trendy indoor framework," and the "Indian handicraft store" are three separate things. Anyway, even if we consider those to be three separate things, there will be one more issue. Subject verb issue. (has will be incorrect with the compound subject)

C. "Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,"
The phrase "long suburb with the three-block" is not grammatically correct or clear. The three-block should describe the length of the suburb directly, not as a separate entity.

An Indian should be there...so option 1 and 2 incorrect.
Long suburb and the three-block... shows two different item although its one so instead of "and" there "with" should be used..
thus option C is correct.

B. Incorrect - multiple subject wouldn't match the verb tense "has"
