Correct option is A.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,

This option is grammatically correct and coherent. It uses a comma to correctly separate the descriptive phrases "with trendy indoor framework" and "a much-loved Indian handicraft store" from the main subject "The three-block long suburb." The sentence flows smoothly and makes sense.

B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,

This option lacks appropriate punctuation to separate the different elements properly. It seems to list three separate things without connecting them in a grammatically correct way. It should have used commas to separate the different descriptive phrases and create a coherent sentence.

C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

Option C has some structural issues. It starts with the descriptive phrase "Long suburb," but the word "the" before "three-block" should come after "Long suburb" for proper syntax. Additionally, there is a mistake in the use of the indefinite article "an" before "much-loved Indian handicraft store" – it should be "a" since "much-loved" does not start with a vowel sound.

D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store

Option D has similar issues to option C. It begins with "Long suburb and the three-block," but the word order should be "The three-block long suburb." Additionally, it contains the same mistake with the indefinite article "an" before "much-loved Indian handicraft store."

E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

Option E also suffers from the same problems as options C and D. It lacks proper punctuation and contains the same article mistake with "an" instead of "a" before "much-loved Indian handicraft store."

In conclusion, option A is the correct one because it uses proper punctuation and syntax to create a coherent and grammatically correct sentence.

B,D and E are out because subject is Plural but the verb that is given is singular.
between a and c, a seems to be better because of the modifier with.

E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
________________________________________________________________________
Meaning is important to solve the question. If we pay attention to the end of underlined portion of the sentence, there is ''has'', which means that subject of the sentence is singular. Otherwise, Subject verb agreement will be distorted.
Lets take a look at answer choices.
A - It has singular subject ''suburd'' followed by modifier of the subject between two commas and verb ''has''. Keep A .
B - Subject verb agreement is distorted.
C - ''Long suburb with three-block''. There should be a noun after ''three-block''. ''The three-block long suburb'' is better than ''Long suburb with three-block'' in this context.
D - Subject is plural, but verb is singular. D is out.
E - Similar error as in D. D is out.

Winner is A.
Hope it helps.

The subjects of B ,D and E are plural. Hence we cannot use Has. But Has is in non underline section that demands a singular subject.
The three-block long suburb is the proper construction. Hence A is the correct choice.

The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store, has long drawn visitors from throughout England.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store
E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

Meaning: The three-block-long suburb has drawn visitors from throughout england.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
Looks good, Modifiers in place, encapsulated in between commas, No issues seen. Park it aside.

B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
There is usage of "and" (in fact quite a few). What is the list exactly here? suburb, indoor frame and handicraft store. No, indoor frame and handicraft store tell the characteristics of Long suburb.
Also Subject-Verb doesn't agree in number. Eliminated.

C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

"with three block" distorts the meaning. Long-suburb with three-block is different than three-block suburb. ELiminated

D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store

Here the subject is changed altogether, No only does it distort the meaning but also changes the Subject-Verb number making it incorrect. ELiminated

E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

Same issue as Option D, only that missing comma after three-block distorts the meaning by telling indoor framework and handicraft store modifiers three-block. Hence ELiminated
.

Answer A.

The original sentence is correct. C D E use an much loved which is grammatically wrong
B - uses 'and' before trendy framework which is incorrect as it is a further description of the suburb hence 'with' in option A is suited.

A. The three-block long suburb, with trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
this is the correct choice with has as singular correctly referring to The three-block long Suburb

B. The three-block long suburb and trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store,
this is wrong because putting multiple "and" creates the subject as plural but has is singular

C. Long suburb with the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,
here the three block are referred to as specific 3 blocks which is not the inferred meaning

D. Long suburb and the three-block, with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store
Same as C
E. Long suburb and the three-block with trendy indoor framework and an much-loved Indian handicraft store,

The answer is Statement A
Statement A uses correct tense structure, punctuations and correct phrasing. Hence the statement logically makes sense and is correct
Statement B uses incorrect phrasing and punctuations. The sentence describes the suburb hence the use of and makes it sound as the statement is referring to 3 different places which is incorrect.
Statement C, D, E use incorrect phrasing and punctuations in the sentence hence these options don't logically follow the meaning of the sentence.

answer is A

intended meaning is that the 3 block long suburb which has trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store has drawn visitors since a long time.

option A nails the meaning with the words and comma placement. so bold on to A
option B says 3 block long suburb AND trendy indoor framework AND much loved indian store - definitely not the intended meaning. so eliminate B
options C, D and E use "an much loved indian store" - incorrect use of an. so eliminate C, D and E

Therefore answer is A

The original sentence is grammatically correct and concise. The phrase "three-block long suburb" is a compound modifier that describes the suburb, and it is correctly placed before the noun that it modifies. The phrase "trendy indoor framework and a much-loved Indian handicraft store" is a list of adjectives and nouns that further describe the suburb, and it is correctly separated by commas.

The other answer choices are not as good as (A).

(B) is incorrect because it separates the compound modifier "three-block long" from the noun that it modifies.
(C) is incorrect because it uses the incorrect preposition "with" to introduce the list of adjectives and nouns that describe the suburb.
(D) and (E) are incorrect because they add the unnecessary words "and the three-block" to the beginning of the sentence.

Therefore, the best answer is (A).
