parallelism.. dedicated to the welfare of its members or dedicated to the public interest having at least three founders ... having at least three founders is a misplaced modifier ...how can it modify profit while it needs to modify orgnisation
and earns no financial profit brings another parallelism marker. It wants to say non profit organisation earns no financial profit
