(Unclear meaning and it looks incomplete)
(B) has been increasing at a rapid rate, because of bottled mineral water both providing easy transportability and assuring water quality
(If we read the first part ,which says that awareness will increase in future, so the the second part should begin with "will increase" as it will happen in future.Here "because of"is wrong ,simply "because"is fine)
(C) has increased at a rapid rate, since bottled mineral water provides both easy transportability and assures water quality
(same as B)
(D) will increase at a rapid rate because bottled mineral water provides both easy transportability and assured water quality
(Correct as "will" is used and the modifier "because mineral....." properly conveys why the demand is increasing.)

I think D has parallelism issue - 'provides ' cant be parallel with 'assured'. for proper parallelism 'assured ' should be 'assures ', if this choice is correct
