You would be an ideal candidate for MiM programs, so quite competitive.
I think you can go for the top programs without hesitation - Turkey is underrepresented, your international experience stands out, entrepreneurship and leadership stand out! GMAT Score - if you can get 645+ you should be within range for interview. Focus on networking and GMAT - it will help with admissions and potential scholarship. You already have everything else. INSEAD would be my #1 choice for you, your profile and goals with potential for MBA in the future - you can also look at LBS (they now have a 1 year MBA for MiM grads)

Profile 2 .........Indian Female, Graduated from BITS Pilani Goa with 8.8/10 CGPA. 10th std is 10/10 CGPA & 12th is 95.6%. GMAT score 730 (appeared in 2020). will retake.
Current work experience 3+ in digital marketing - 1.5 years at InMobi (Ad tech startup), 8 months in Dubai, UAE- SVOD Startup & currently at Google India. Extra Curriculars - Journalism department & fest head at college; Culture club lead at Google for EMEA Team; Post MBA expectation - marketing in retail/FMCG
Target schools - Kellog, Insead - which other schools to target?

Wow - great profile - Google pre-MBA is a big plus! International leadership experience is big bonus! If GMAT FE lands in similar spot, will be competitive - Kellogg is top for Marketing/FMCG, consider Columbia, Wharton and Cornell as Safety/scholarship; LBS and HEC are great options in addition to INSEAD - where you will be a top contender.
