(1) She took in a total of \$540 on the sale of bracelets and necklaces.
(2) She took in \$12 for each of the 25 necklaces she sold.

From statement 1 we know nothing about how the total sales are divided.
From statement 2 we get information only about the necklaces.
From both we have bracelets = 540 - 12*25. Sufficient.
