I don't know why i am inclined towards D..if nothing is said about pigs in (1) then i think they remain unchanged..similarly (2)

or if i am wrong then C

Initial
Goat: Pig
7:6

using both (1) & (2)
Final
Goat: Pig
14:3

Between C & D ,, i will go with D

The answer should be C.

Each sentence alone is not sufficient because we don't know what happened to the count of other animal.( A B and D out)

Its a definite C
A tells you that goats doubled that means 7x will then become 14x
B tells you that pigs become half of 6x that means pigs will then become 3x
whatever the value of X is the new ratio between goats and pigs will be 14/3

(1) Does helps us with goats but we don't know anything about the pigs!
Same goes with (B), so Answer Choices D,A and B are out.

With C we have everything we need, the new ratio would be 14/3= 7(2)/(6/2)
