Hi,

I have been admitted to Babson as well as Schulich. I would like to know which MBA is better considering I want to work as an IT consultant/Business Analyst post my MBA.

I have been awarded with $10,000 annual scholarship at Babson and no scholarship at Schulich. There is no preference in terms of location. I just want to go to the school which will provide better quality in terms of education, better networking opportunities and better job opportunities post MBA.

Please help me take the right decision. Thanks.

Hi there,
It's very hard to impossible for me to answer this question in a vacuum. Its also very hard to compare schools cross borders, although I would say they are relatively similar levels, with the caveat that Schulich likely has a better name in Canada than Babson in the US. Plus you really should have a preference about what country you would prefer to live in

My suggestions:
1. Visit both schools if you can
2. Talk to people from each school in your SPECIFIC industry. Find out how recruiting really goes, where people are placed, what salaries are like. Figure out what might actually happen to you.
3. Gather research from the internet about jobs and placements and network. This is more important than program
4. Figure out where you want to live PERSONALLY
