I have about 5 years of sales experience and am currently the Business Development Manager for a team of 22 people.
I was born and raised in India. FMCG is one of the best industries to work in after earning an MBA from a top business school.
In a similar vein, what is the best role or sector to pursue if I want to attend a top 25 B school in the United States?

I am not sure by 'best role' what do you exactly mean? what is important for B schools and for you as an individual is to have clarity on that why do you want to do an MBA and which sector do you want to really work in post the course, if you have clarity on the same then I think you would be able to capitalise on your MBA degree.
Be it FMCG , or B2B or any other sector , if you a clear goal and plan then anything and everything is good.. wish you the best for your applications
