I'm asking for a friend but he is in at Booth, Tuck, and Fuqua. For me this is an easy decision as I would go to Uchicago.
He's not positive what he wants to go into but he's thinking VC/PE/ or finance at a tech company but he's not 100 percent sure. He's an extroverted guy and a good athlete who is worried that he won't get along with the kids at Booth as well as the ones at Tuck. I've heard a lot of Booth kids are quite nerdy but I could have heard wrong. Recruiting wise is Booth that much better than Tuck for the areas I listed above?
Is there any reason to go to Tuck or Fuqua with $$ over chicago? I'd love to hear from people who know any of these programs well and what the culture/student body/ academic competitiveness is like at each school.
I figure that Uchicago is know for being a finance powerhouse, being in chicago makes recruiting easy, and the program is big enough that you're bound to find people with similar interests. I'd love to hear everyones thoughts. Thanks.

Tuck and Fuqua are in fact more collegial and will probably overall fit his personality better. But you can find similar types of people at all schools and especially Booth. In fact I know a ton of them. He can probably achieve many of his career goals at Tuck as well but Booth will probably position him a bit better immediately post-MBA, but tuck has a great alum network so his opportunities would be strong there as well. But I would suggest visiting Tuck and Booth at the very least to make sure he is comfortable with vibe and location of each school as they are both pretty different from each other
