1. Head to @Tumla_23J_Bot https://https://gmatclub.com/chat/Tumla_23J_Bot
2. Type in "/start" or simply a "hi"
3. Continue the steps & verify your INSEAD email addresses
a. This involves receiving a code on your INSEAD email address from Tumla and then entering that into the https://gmatclub.com/chat chat window with the bot
b. Please allow some time for the code to hit your inbox/spam folder, preferably try logging into to webmail.insead.edu
4. Join the INSEAD 23J main group https://https://gmatclub.com/chat/joinchat/rlO7RhsWcq5hYTg1

a. Note, trying to join the group without verifying your email might result in being kicked by the bot upon joining.
a. While a lot of the R1 admits have been pre-approved to join, please allow some time for the group admin to grant access
