Hi,

I am about to start my Kira Video interview.

I was wondering if the first 45 seconds of prep time gets recorded as well? - I usually write short notes for my answers during that time and don't look at the camera.

Nope. 45 sec prep time is not recorded.

You can redo the practice session and you get new questions everytime you practice!

Just finished my video assessments and these were the questions I got:
1.If you were to establish a company, what would be its top 3 values?
2.What makes INSEAD unique for you?
3.Tell me about a time your experienced cultural shock?
4. What motivates you in general?

Also FYI, you can take breaks between your questions if you want to.

Yes, there are two questions to practice. But you will get two new questions every time. Ideally, there should be 4 questions to practice as per the video Q's format.

I tried multiple times and got the same questions.

I think they have around 4-5 questions that they ask. Every time you attempt the practice, you'll get 2 of those 4/5. In your case you probably tried it a couple times and got the same questions again and again. I found it useful for getting my timing right and also familiarizing myself with the UI.

By when should we submit GMAT scores for R2, any idea?

You can submit it before they make the final decision on your application. My guess would be anytime before 17th July.

You can probably wait to see if you get an interview invite and then plan accordingly.

I did receive an email from the AO the day after submitting the application, without the videos sent.
Anyway it felt like the standard AO assignation email acknowledging my application review beginning.
I did not receive any other communication after submitting the videos yet.

You will receive a standard email from your AO when all the materials are submitted (i.e. Essays, video interviews and recommendations). That is after the first email by your assigned AO after you submitted your essays. I received mine the day after everything is submitted.
