How to get it?
I dont think you have to apply for it separately if you meet the requirement above, that should be sorted if you are filling in the application details. They should ask you a question that addresses that.

Test scores are mostly self-reported for all schools unless it is specified otherwise. It is the same with Haas.

I see the following in the FAQ’s "Please self-report your scores on the application, and request to have your official scores sent to us."

I am not sure if the self-reported scores are enough for the application evaluation.

Hi Nikhil.
I submitted my application with self-reported TOEFL score
And I see on the ETS website 4833-02 (Haas) as the recipient.
Even though I had submitted the score around 30th. It was yet to be verified by the time I submitted the application.
Should I be concerned about it? Drop a mail to adcom?
