Does anyone know how many support letters from alumni and students are enough or too many? People I know have sent 2 but I would like to send an additional one post-interview but don't know if that is too many and could kill my application.

For any R1 interviewees, would you mind briefly sharing what you mentioned in your video essay? I'm struggling to decide between two topics, one personal and one professional and just want to see what others might be doing/thinking to do.

Just finished uploading mine. I chose to answer the first question, something that happened recently that changed my worldview. I used talked about a professional issue that had substantial overlap with a personal issue for me.

What I've been told by friends who are there now is to avoid talking about the pandemic, because they feel most people might do that and they'll be pretty similar.

Personally, I'd go with a personal answer, it will provide a different context (they already know about you professionally through your essays, resume, recs, and interview) s best to shine another light on things.

patopc I guess you're right on the pandemic answers, I have the same theme and i reckon most others would too! But again depends on content rather than situation.
TWIC, I agree with patopc, they'd want to discover something different about you so you have more avenues to tell a story in the personal context. If you do have an interesting learning in professional context not mentioned elsewhere, that might make you unique because some other folks I've spoken to are doing personal stories.

Hi all, there is no submit button right? It’s just the continue option and that’s it?

For the video submission^

Yes, under the interview tab, you should see under "Portfolio" the following: "We have received the following portfolio submissions from you:" which indicates your video has been uploaded correct.

correctly*

Hello everyone, Quick query, Booth asks for number of GMAT attempts, Was wondering if anyone knew how a higher number of GMAT attempts would be perceived, By higher I mean 5/6 times

I think if there’s an upward trend in the scores, then it might be perceived as persistence.
