the under the review on my application page has been gone for around one hour and seems like no one hasn't receive an invite since then. Does it mean that I got dinged?
I chose offline with alum, and they’ll confirm "within 2 weeks" if its possible
Probably have to coordinate with the connected alum. Did virtual give you slots or connect with an alum?

It's the same process with the virtual option. I included my city, and country in the form. I believe that those information would be used in matching an alum within the same location or timezone.
I also think that where an alum is unavailable, then an adcom member would hold the interview.
Hi Ssarna29, Congratulations! Have you booked your interview time yet? After choosing "virtual" and clicking "submit", did you get the chance to choose a convenient time and day? Posted from my mobile device

Hi! Thank you EPrecious. Congratulations to you as well. So I opted for the virtual option and just filled out the details like city country before submitting. Didn’t see any option to choose a preferred date/time. Received an email saying we’ll match you with your interviewer within two weeks.
Hi guys, a few questions. Is there any advantage to Indian students (being so over represented) if they opt for off-campus? Nikhil, do you know anyone from previous years who has done this? If I choose the location as Kolkata, might they match me to an alum in Delhi or Bangalore?

Interview change can be a dealbreaker if you bomb, but won’t necessarily get you in even with an amazing one
I can’t find the link. But Stanford’s dean did an interview a while back where he basically said almost all students get glowing reviews, even if they think it went average. It’s more like a vibes check then anything
Open interviews such as HBS are different though, they matter a lot more
