FYI: Booth love to waitlist after the interview stage.

They also love getting people off it if you do something about it 😉

It’s around 10% annually that get off the waitlist.......and if you’re waitlisted, there’s very little that you can do outside of doing something extraordinary, retaking an exam, or getting promoted

See, even the guy who likes to debate me in Stanford chat , right before Stanford ended up sending an email that ended up proving me right eventually thinks you can convert the wait-list. P.S. I know plenty of people who converted it without retaking the GMAT 😉. Perks of working for Overrepresented pool. Score just can’t get any better than the 99th percentile (a very standard expectation these days or decade)
