I have had the status of my application as "under review" for 5-6 days now, anyone else has the same?? every extra day with under review is resulting in a decrease of my hopes of a positive result!

Hi guys, I just got an email from the adcoms asking for proof that primary mode of education is in English. Anyone here from Mumbai university or who’s a Chartered Accountant? How do we get this? Wouldn’t the market sheet and passing certificate suffice?

Hi,

They need it for your BCOM degree and you would have to approach Mumbai University for this. Ask them for Medium of instruction certificate and they should be able to provide. (I got the same from Pune University). However, you will have to be quick and you should visit them because under normal circumstances PU took a month to provide me with this document.

I am not sure whether a Medium Certificate from ICAI would be relevant (CA is a professional course and not a college degree).

Contact your college, they would provide within few days, be it Pune university or Mumbai

My only suggestion would be to contact Mumbai university and ask them to give you as soon as possible by explaining your situation. I dont see any other way out from this (other than taking IELTS/TOEFL)
