Hello Urgent Help Needed If you qualify for a waiver, why doe sthe application say you need to upload the language proficiency scores?

I had some issues.... my bank was blocking the transaction. After opening my bank app and recognizing the transaction, It worked.

Anyone who can help me in my question?

You can upload the method of instruction letter. I clarified the same with admissions

you dont... in the language section, you do need to attach your transcripts tho
