I myself don't have an SISID but have the others filled in. I don't think there's anything to read into here, maybe only that they have your application

To the best of my knowledge that’s not a concern at all. Self-reported are scores that you haven’t officially sent to the school through mba.com and verified are those that the school has already received and confirmed from mba.com and since you only need to self report scores during the admission process, it is not a concern.

Rosh11496, I remember seeing somewhere that the refund will be processed after we attend the conference. But if you login to your application you should be able to see the payment waiver dated on the day that you registered for the conference.
