Even if it’s full tons of people are going to turn down their offer and go to another school. Lots of waitlisted candidates will get the call the day after deposit deadline.

That being said, I’d you have offers you’re not going to accept turn them down so other people can make their plans.

According to Adcom in a recent event, no update on R2 applicants were reviewed for R3 decisions, as there was a 3-4 day difference between the 2.
Everything for R2 applicants will be considered for R4 decisions - which will be out on 2nd May.
(long wait till then)
Post 2nd May - the decisions are on rolling basis.
