Generally what is the timeline for applicants who have interviewed in the open interview period? Because that doesn’t necessarily mean they were invited for the interview

Does that mean they have been benefitted by being into a queue of open interview or do they have some privilege?

No thanks. I’ve had a ton of mentors and friends that I trust tell me that ding reports are useless vanity projects UNLESS you plan on applying to a similar school or the same in a year—otherwise, they just prey on your emotional state and try to sell you more services. Not worth it.

Some of the consulting firms do that, I agree with it. We try not to be like others! Appreciate the feedback,

Anyone who has received an invite on Oct 26th, did you get another email with the instructions on how to schedule the interview? The email mentioned they would send it within 3 days.

3 business days, which puts it at tomorrow.

Also this is about 7am eastern time. It’s not work hours yet.

Are there any current or former Fuqua students who can help guide prospective students through the application process? I looked but I can't seem to find a formal channel to connect with students.

During my process I reached out to student ambassadors from my country/desired industry https://www.fuqua.duke.edu/student-netw ... mbassadors

Hi All, hoping someone can help with this. Since Duke has both EA and R1, is it much more difficult to get an admit in R2 since most of the class is filled?

Have a waitlist from Darden so far and interviewed with Booth. Indian with BS and MS in Engineering (MS from US), 740 GMAT, 4 years of work ex in Aug 2024 (2.5 years in Biotech). Average extra curriculars. Long term goal is to get into sustainability for the life sciences/healthcare industry.

Trying to figure out if I should apply this year or wait for EA next year.

That really depends. If you’re expecting a change in your profile after you’ve applied in R2, by all means apply regardless. Yes, you’re right about the odds (but there’s good enough seats still available). Your odds for EA will be better of course but since there could be a major change in your profile by then, you can still be a successful reapplicant

It really depends a lot on a few things but so long as something major is changing, definitely suggest applying regardless.

Not really. I would recommend posting in the decision tracker as a new post: decision-tracker.html
