Hey everyone,
I'm not able to log in to my application anymore and wanted to see whether any of you are experiencing it as well?
When I first configured my account, I was emailed a 10-character alphanumeric User ID and a password. I have been using those to login. I logged in several times and even sent out the recommendation letter requests.
However, when I try to login today, the site is asking me for "email and PW", instead of "User ID and PW". I put in my email address and my password, but it didn't work. Then I tried to reset my password and it said no account exists for my email address... And yet I have an email to that email address that contains my User ID and PW.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Update: Problem solved. I had been trying to login via the "Continue Application" link on the Goizueta website, which did not work. However, logging in via the link provided in the original account confirmation email did work. Weird.

Update to the Update: Goizueta infomed me via email today that they launched a new application portal on 8/19, and that applications started in the old portal before that date (including mine) need to be completed by 8/31 or else they will be deleted. I have completed all of my application on the old portal except for the essays, but unfortunately I do not think I will be able to finish the essays by 8/31. I am going to restart my application on the new application portal.
Important: If you spent time crafting anything (Job Descriptions, Short answer questions, etc.) on Emory's application portal prior to 8/19 and you received the email I received today, log in to the old portal before 8/31 and copy and paste what you've written! If you do not, you may lose it.
