If you finished Getting it Done 101 you dont need a waiver code. it gets linked to your email ID. while submitting, the waiver gets applied automatically

They require an official test score to mark your application as complete, regardless of the outcome. Therefore, it’s not a positive indicator of anything.

­Yes, if you can demonstrate an acceptable need. (like an impending deposit deadline from another school, that is not able to be extended.)

Keep in mind we're under 10 days from R2 decisions, which is less time then they may be able to provide approval and decision of an expedited request.
