Most schools have no problems with that as long as you can explain why. An email to the adcoms would be great about this. Haas is extremely student friendly and i'm sure they'll be happy to respond.

They do say on their website that state policy does not allow them to admit students to degree programs if they already have an equivalent degree....but I agree with the above to email and ask.
