they don’t give feedback so how would you know what improvements?
You’ll at the least know that the next attempt has to be better than that for sure. Getting a second opinion from a consultant/ alum other than the ones helped in R2 can give better improvement points for next attempt

Will HBS also consider MATURE applicants with at least 14.5yrs of work experience from the day of graduation date and with a Masters degree in Commerce from India because generally, Indian, Male, Engineers are able to make a cut into the elitest?

These specific questions are always a bit strange for non-adcom people to answer. I think it’s better for you to attend some informational sessions and pose such questions to the admission team
