Pif96 - The profile looks good on the surface, based on the details you've shared. However, the GMAT score could use some improvement.
Given that HEC has around 9-10 rounds per intake, applying in Feb isn't too late, provided your profile and application are strong. For instance,
this candidate applied in the penultimate round and got into HEC with scholarships.
The decision on whether to apply in Sep vs Jan would also depend on whether you can wait (to start until Jan), if you're looking to do one (or two internships), the option to complete within 12 months, etc. which are some aspects where the two intakes differ.
