Can anyone provide an idea what are the essay topics in general and what is the word limit?

Hi can someone review my profile: Target school: IIM A PGPX, ISB PGP. Profile: Female, 28 Class X: 10 CGPA Class XII: 94.2% UG: BSc (Eco, Stats, Maths). 9.4/10 PG: MA (Development Studies). 8.1/10 GMAT: 700 Work Ex: 1. Associate, Planning Government, Government of AP (May, 2018 - Oct, 2019) • Assisted in preparation of monthly reports of 29 departments for Chief Minister’s review meetings • Created and digitized survey instruments, mobile data collection workflow design for all projects • Supervised data collection and assisted with data cleaning and preliminary data analysis • Identified and gathered data on indicators to measure state’s progress in achieving SDG targets • Part of the task team coordinating with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy under the National University of Singapore to conduct an Independent Third-Party Audit of the Real-Time Outcome Based Monitoring and Evaluation System Achievements: • Aided in creating ’State Indicator Monitoring Framework’ to track progress across line departments. • Authored chapters 8 and 9 for “Sustainable Development Goals Status Report for Andhra Pradesh 2018” • Assisted in conducting a 2-day enclave on improving women’s economic participation (SDG Goal 5) 2. Hi guys, can anyone please answer this - are the extempore topics same for all applicants or do they creat few different pools for applicants roughly based on their industry of experience ?

HiVidyasagarP, 1. The extempore topics are independent of applicant’s industry or experience 2. Every panel will have lots of extempore topics (lets say for eg 10 topics). 3. These 10 topics will be put up as "chits" 4. Candidate has to pick any one chit. Whatever is the topic on the chit, they have to speak on that topic 5. Candidate can pick up a second chit if they are not comfortable with the first topic 6. After picking second chit, you cant go back to first topic and you cant pick up third chit. So basically, there is no correlation between topics and candidate’s history or application. Everyone will get a random topic based on luck NOTE - This is based on last few years of experience, the process may be different this year.
