M. Tech in Renewable energy from DTU Delhi: 7.6 CGPA,
GMAT FE: 615 Q82 V82 DI77
Job Experience: 8.4 Years
Working as a Senior section engineer maintenance in Indian railways and currently managing a team of 50+ staff and coordinating with cross functional teams for maintenance of passenger trains and ensuring safety compliance, punctual running of trains while ensuring all amenity items are intact of smooth journey. Also, worked earlier as a SSE contract and managed contract worth 20+ crores to provide uninterrupted services for passenger journey.
, The work of a SSE in Indian Railway is one of the most challenging jobs. You definitely will get a lot of attention and story points from the vast experience that you have got to manage complex ground level operations and managing huge manpower. The colleges where you have studied is well known. The work experience years is ok, its not much deviant from class average.
But the scores, both academic and GMAT are on lower side. With higher experience, the academic scores may be overlooked, but GMAT needs to be about 20-30 points higher atleast to be competitive in the admission race.
