1) Academic Potential- past scores are decent and the GMAT score is just a shade below the average (but not a deal breaker in your specific case)
2) Work Ex- This seems to be your strength and has good potential for story telling with strong brand on the CV. Focus on bringing out your career progression and achievements in the essays, LORs and interviews and you should do well.
3) Diversity- while your work ex helps, the extracurricular activities beg elaboration on accomplishments and impact of these activities. The school/university activities might not add much weight unless the achievements are stellar or relevant to the b school application. Don't treat these as a checklist but rather understand why ISB should be interested in your extracurricular activities- they want to see what traits/qualities/life experience can you bring to the class that will add value to the experience of your batchmates inside and outside the classroom.
4) Career goals- while the journey you have mentioned is organic, the school needs more clarity on your goals. Start with what are your long term goals (say 5-10 years from now), what is your personal motivation or drive behind these goals, then move on to what are your short terms goals (say 3-5 years from now), how will working in this short term role help you gain enough learning and experience to be able to transition into your long term goal. Lastly, how will MBA/IIM act as a stepping stone in helping you land the short term role, what exact roles and companies are you targeting post MBA (yes you need to be that specific). That is how you will be able to build a strong narrative that will reflect a future business leader with a clear vision of their career.
