Hi, If the IPMX is not providing any rough page in WAT, then can we write our points on the back side of the same paper or anywhere else?
They do provide and you can ask for 2 sheets.....Don’t worry
I’m sharing The approach I use for my students for WAT
1. Keep it to 3 paragraphs
2. Para1: context setting for your stance (do not repeat or elaborate on the given facts eg : explaining Full form of GDP)
3. Para2: the body. Use majority words here. Logic, data points and analogies etc..
4. Non repetitive conclusion (do not repeat your stance here)
5. Consistent flow
WAT is 10% weightage, do not go without practice
Take 1 min to read the question.
4mins to analyse.
Understand the topic and intention
Of the question
Avoid fundamental errors such as
1. Grammatical mistakes
2. Spelling mistakes
3.Long run on sentences
4. Passive voice
5. Shashi Tharoor style words
It is a pen and paper format so do have a clean handwriting
