Haha - no actually I am a girl. But I am sure one of the missions of WIB is to get men involved because only then can we really make a change! That's why I am always careful to say gender equality - because guys are affected by it too and need to be change agents as well!
I've not heard of any protest yet in London but I would totally do it! Will you?
Have you seen LinkedIn's new salary tool? Wouldn't that be such a great engine for identifying the areas with the biggest pay gaps and bringing some visibility? My interviewer worked at LinkedIn... I wonder if I should ask about it :D
Haha great, always hard to spot women here, so I tend to assume everyone is male until proven otherwise

. Yes the inequality is definately on both sides but on different matters

. For the protest, I won't be doing it, I doubt my boss would like that verymuch. And right now I need to have him in my pocket

.
About the linkedIn tool, great one! Never tried it. I will get a premium account to check it out. You definately should ask about it: you would have done your homework and it might turn into a great conversation.
Good luck!!

Well, we already had our interview so it would be a bit of a "by the way" -- no need for a premium account - check it out here:
