A formal shirt and trouser will do but if you have a blazer/suit do make use of it. Although, you are not required to carry any documents but do carry a pen for the interview.

Firstly, the mail says we’ve to come dressed in business formals. Will a formal shirt and trouser suffice or a blazer/suit is a must?

someone mentioned that they selected mumbai as their interview location but received a call for hyd

I need a suggestion whether it is ok to apply for the 3rd round and is there is any restriction as well

The number of seats to be filled in 3rd round will be considerably less than 1st and 2nd rounds. Also do it only if you would be comfortable to quit your job at a short notice of 15-20 days or may be a month Max. Otherwise there shouldn’t be any restrictions.
