Need suggestion : Can I get an admit with steller GMAT score of 750, decent work experience of 3 years with diversity and average academics such as 87 in 10th, 62 in 12th and 66 in Grad. Mechanical engineering and one year gap (which is utilised well by doing internship)
Also I urgently need help for my essays..Anyone who can suggest me good editor? (I do not have much budget but I can adjust some amount)

Grad and 10/12 scores are a bit low. A lot would also depend on the kind of work you’ve done. 750 is good of course. Reach out on info@strategy4gmat.com with your essays if they’re ready or let’s setup a call

Great GMAT but marks in 12th and college are a red flag. A lot would depend also on the impact you have created at work. Happy to help with essay writing and/or interviews (info@career-edge.in) or you can DM as well. All the best!

Has anyone receive interview shortlist for 5th/6th Feb (Delhi)? Safe to assume that no mail = no shortlist..? Had received an email stating "application" under review..

I would not worry much about school grades. College grades are low as well, but well compensated by the gmat. Overall, if you have strong essays and diversity highlighted through the application, you should have a good shot.

Why the hurry!? Instead of assuming negatives (human nature), why not prep for an eventuality that you might receive an invite 5 days prior to the date?

Is 680 for IT engineer a low score to apply in R3 to ISB (I have good academics - all 10th 12th and graduation - and good professional achievements with ~5 years of work experience but no brands backing me. I also have additional courses from reputed institutes like IIT but the percentage in additional courses is low ~77%)

Please suggest.

you shoud definitely try accads are not so good but if your work is good then there is a very good chance

I have one doubt regarding isb placements, isb boosts of high average packages ,if we keep consulting aside most of the placements in isb is done by startups

seeing the worst situation of startups in india,is it good to go for isb

How important is the Company name you have your work ex with? As in how different is it if you worked at say Deloitte vs any private firm ?

In my opinion, the brand name doesn’t matter if the impact that you have created at a startup/early stage firm is worthy and can be talked about in the essays and interviews.

Hi,

I had submitted my application on 31st December during their Christmas offer and I still see this in the status:
Application Completion Status: Completed
Your application has been verified and found complete. Further update on short-listing will be available approximately 5 to 7 days before your interview, if shortlisted, for the interview location you have chosen

I thought the applications submitted during the Christmas offer will be eligible for R2 interview dates. Not sure if my application is rejected. Does anyone has any idea on this?

I too submitted in R3 Christmas offer, I got a shortlist mail but the portal still shows application completed. I think the portal is not updated. Wait for the email
