A lot of emphasis will be needed while crafting essays specially around your goal setting.
Specially because once you were convinced that you wanted to create a niche in IT as you did MCA as well and now you are looking for switch so a compelling reason would be desirable.

Hi AnonyG,
The work experience is really good. It has mix of MNC and start up experience. Also a mix of domains - IoT and Fintech. With 5+ years of tech experience, you will not find it hard to get good placement from ISB or for that matter any such MBA college.
The academics are good except maybe class 12th. And you have masters in Computer Application. This will be helpful.
The Extra curricular are from the college time, it will help if you can add something from the last 2-3 years.
Given all these, a slightly higher GMAT will be needed to be on a safer side. Target around 675.
