On the GMAT - was this your first attempt, and was the score in line with your mock tests or expectations? If possible, try to bump it up by 10-20+ points, as that would help improve chances.
The post-MBA goals would need some brainstorming/ discussions, as transitioning to IB/PE from a non-finance background will require a very compelling narrative. Alternatively, it may be worth reassessing the goals.

You have a number of strong talking points in your profile; having said that, a spike in GMAT score will only help improve your chances further. As you have time in hand, aiming for a 675+ score will prove to be advantageous.
