I just finished my CA! it was great, super conversational with a 2 year student

1. Tell me about yourself
2. Why MBA, why now?
3. Why Rice?
4. Short-term and long-term goals
5. Tell me about your experience with diversity, working in diverse groups
6. How will you decide which business school to attend
7. What would you do if someone from your core team were not participating or doing their part
8. Is there anything you would like to tell the admissions team that I haven’t asked you?
9. Questions for me

Exact same questions for me. With a nice indian second year student and lasted for 30 minutes

I completed my Kira assessment on 30th Jan, no invite for CA. Whats the average time any idea? Also if you do not receive invite for CA, should one consider as rejected?

I was just analyzing uninvited CA applicant test waiver.

Also i got reply from AdCom

since we have rolling decisions, there isn’t a set date for community assessments. It happens on different timelines for candidates.

U said they have rolling decisions for community assessments . Do they have rolling decisions for final admit/ding decisions too ?

I haven’t asked for decision/admit just CA.

My Rice interview got over yesterday and it went well! A second-year Pakistani student was my interviewer. It lasted for about 35 minutes.

Most questions revolved around the following:

1. Walk me through your resume
2. Why Rice
3. What are your motivations for doing an MBA
4. Short-term and long-term goals and Plan B in case they don’t work out
5. Experience with diversity
6. What factors will I keep in mind while finalizing a school
8. Any questions that I had for him

It was a blind interview and was quite conversational.
