When should i expect adcom call tomorrow, if i get accepted? Do international applicants get accepted without call too?

Question for interviewed Candidate. Does the portal say interview complete? I did my interview back in January but I still see "interview scheduled with volunteer" in next steps...curious whether this changes or stays as is..
